As part of the £4 million redevelopment of a luxury private estate in Woking, Surrey, Pavenet was appointed as the groundworks contractor for the second phase of construction. This involved enabling works for a new conference centre and the expansion of hospitality facilities including a restaurant, bar, and gym.
