As part of a Section 278 agreement, Pavenet was appointed to deliver highway improvement works in support of a new development on Sealark Road at the junction with Grove Road, Gosport. The project involved the construction of a new vehicle access crossing and a series of pedestrian infrastructure upgrades designed to enhance safety, accessibility, and traffic movement within the area
